I’m just your average middle aged loving husband and father of two daughters.
In June of 2020 I hit my heaviest weight ever. That same year in October, I made up my mind and put myself on a diet.
I didn’t buy any special diet plan. I just did my own research and started eating better.
I’ll admit, it was challenging in the beginning. I had to make some changes to my eating habits and increase my activity level. However, as I became more and more familiar with my diet, it got a lot easier.
I learned what and what not to eat. I also learned how to make quick and easy meals and I started walking.
Slowly but surely the weight came off. I lost 1 or 2 pounds per week.
I’ll admit, it took months to reach my goal weight but I did it. I’m still a work in progress but I feel a lot better especially fitting into my smaller pants.
I created this website to help you lose weight. I’ll share with you my best weight loss tips that helped me the most.
I’ll also show you different diet plans and recommend various products that can help you reach your goals much faster.
In the menu above you’ll see a few different diets to help you lose weight. You could follow any one of those diets and get results. Just choose the one that appeals to you the most.
They all work by creating a caloric deficit.
I’m not a professional dietician or fitness expert. I only speak through my own personal experience with losing weight.
